Welcome to our home away from home!
We assure you will have an enjoyable and relaxing getaway at your Tropical Paradise!
Nearby there are many opportunities to visit coffee shops, fine restaurants and a variety selection of different shopping centers, nature trails, kayaking in the mangrove tunnels, jogging, biking, and so much more!
Located off S. Tuttle Ave and Cheryle Ln in Sarasota, you will be within 15 minutes of Lido Beach, Siesta Key Beach, and within 3 minutes of downtown Sarasota. SRQ Airport is just 20 minutes away and accessible via bus or Uber. Punta Gorda PGD Airport is just 50 minutes, Tampa TPA and Clearwater PIE airports are approximately 1 hour. We are located near Downtown Sarasota and Pinecraft.
The interior rooms are spacious and comfortable. You will have a full sized kitchen complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and microwave.
We provide bottled water, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, all dishes, silverware, coffee filters, coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, pots and pans, basic kitchen utensils, and toaster.
Towels and linens are fresh and clean. Your bed is welcoming and cozy, waiting for your blissful and relaxing sleep.
You will enjoy the large 55” television in the living room plus a smaller television in the bedroom for your convenience.
If you decide to mingle, you may prefer meeting new worldwide friends from near and far and enjoy our amenities in the shared space which is located in the back yard. You’ll find a beautiful large pergola, gas fire pit, gas grill, and golf putting area. The entire yard is fenced with vinyl privacy fencing.
Up to seven guests are welcome to stay!

While much of the home has been updated, slight hints of the original are still in place, giving this home a special warming feeling of comfort as you relax within.
Features:
The home features three bedrooms. Two have queen sized beds and one a king. You will have one bathroom, large sized fenced yard complete with Gazebo, fire pit, outdoor grill and plenty of space.
You'll have a queen size bed in two of the bedrooms and a king sized bed in the main bedroom. We also have a foldaway twin bed available.
Laundry:
The laundry room is between the main house and rear house an added benefit for your use. This laundry room is shared with the guest house. The guest house is attached to the rear of the main house and should you need more space, ask us or check the listing for availability.
Enhanced Cleaning:
We have cleaned and sanitized your space according to a 5-step enhanced cleaning process. Floors are steam cleaned between stays. We have added cleaning supplies available for your use, located above the kitchen sink.
Work or browse online while you stay:
You’ll have a dedicated desk and chair workspace available in the bedroom. Wifi is available throughout the home.
Requested Items for Infants:
Children Are Welcomed Guests. We have a complimentary pack and play, high chair available at your request. Please let us know in advance which items you’d like to have ready for you.
No Smoking:
This home is Smoke & Vape Free. During your stay you agree not to smoke or vape on the premises inside or out.
No Pets:
We are pet free please and thank you 😊
Guest access
You will have access via keypad entry to your entire indoor space along with a large fenced yard.
The housekeeping closet is off limits as is the water heater and hvac closet. Thank you for being responsible and respectful.
Other things to note
The washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The laundry room is located in a separate room between the guesthouse and main house, and shared with the main house. We supply laundry detergent and liquid bleach for your use. Please utilize the laundry any time between 9am-9pm
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves..
We have a roll out style twin sized bed is available for use in the living room. Please request this in advance for a 7th guest.
