The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher and all the necessary items needed for your home away from home. The bedrooms are airy and have all the modern feels with plush bedding and coziness. The backyard is private and has a small pool to keep you cool.
Please note there is an attached 1-bedroom studio unit that is available to rent out separately. There is a potential for noise from guests that book the studio.
Siesta Beach is 7.7 miles and Lido Beach 5.8 miles from this home.

Guests have access to all spaces except a locked supply closet.
The parking space is shared with the secondary unit tenants. There is free driveway parking with enough room to fit 3 vehicles. Please leave the far-right side of the driveway open for guests that book the secondary unit.
The adjoining unit has a separate entrance however there may be potential for noise from that unit.

NO GLASS BY THE POOL
**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
