Remington golf course is also very close by (golf green fees not included). There is a newly constructed bike path connecting Remington to St Cloud Lakeshore Park (the house even has 3 bikes available for your use!).
The house itself was beautifully renovated in 2022 to include new flooring, appliances and furniture throughout. All linens and towels are included and are a superior quality. There is a Large, heated pool with a spacious surrounding patio enclosed in an insect-free lanai. This 2-story house boasts 2 full En-suite bedrooms (one King, one Queen) plus two double-twin rooms that share a bathroom. There is an attached garage with opener for your use. There are 3 large screen Smart TVs in the house for those rainy days, as well as board games and books.
