Pine Island is more of a slow island style tempo than even the rest of western Florida. There are several bars and restaurants close by, but no high rise condos on Pine Island. The neighborhood is mostly seniors and families with grandchildren. Frequent visitors from the sea include dolphins right in front of the villa. Ample parking in the driveway for a boat trailer. Boat rentals and Golf Cart rentals available close by. Saint James City, is a street legal golf cart community! Incredible view at this price.
