In the summer, its about the cool pool in the ruins of the mill, or splashing in Pantherskin Creek. Upperville has some great new offerings - Hunters Head Tavern continues to be a wonderful place for dinner, and in the center of the village, Bluewater Kitchen has opened with wonderful farm to table grocery items and ready to go pick up dinners.
