This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just steps from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.
Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool and amenities. Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool.

Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.

Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
