This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet (200Mbps), 4 cable smart TVs, washer/dryer, ironing board, Keurig, high-end linens, beach chairs, outdoor shower near the garage, and an entertaining garage equipped with large TV, fridge/freezer, and huge commercial fridge.
The 1st floor bedroom has a full bed and private bathroom. The master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor has a full bed. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with a spacious double vanity. A master walk-in master closet provides plenty of space for your outfits. The 2nd floor has an additional full bedroom with closet and access to the hallway bathroom, which has the washer/dryer. The 3rd floor is the living and kitchen area. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area which sleeps 2.
The kitchen area has a coffee bar with a microwave. Enjoy the hands-free kitchen faucet which makes cleaning up while cooking dinner an ease. The dining area sits 6, and 2 more at the bar. The living room has a comfy sofa and 3 cozy chairs. There is an 800-watt stereo/DVD player with 3D capabilities, and a 3D capable Visio TV if your family would like to cuddle up to a good movie.
There is a community pool for the Summer Town Cottages, just across the street from this location.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. If you bring more than 2 vehicles it is up to you to figure out where to park them, off-site. The community doesn't allow parking in the streets of the neighborhood or on the landscaping.
