Welcome to 223 Fairweather Lane, a two-bedroom, two-bath pet-friendly private home with heated swimming pool in a centrally-located residential neighborhood. You will love the location and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. It's a short 3-4 minute walk down the street to the Shamrock Irish Pub on Estero Boulevard, and the corner store and a trolley stop. Just a short walk across the boulevard will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its 7 miles of sugar white sand beach. You can walk or hop on the trolley to Times Square to fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants, and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe. The home has a laundry room, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi and all linens are provided. There is plenty of off-street parking.
Entry is up the steps and into the open plan kitchen, living and dining areas. There is tile flooring throughout, but with wood floor stairs and mezzanine. The kitchen has plenty of solid surface counterspace with tile backsplash, and a pass-through bar with three bar seats on the dining area side. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, dishwasher, range and oven and counter-top microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full-course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Also in the kitchen area is the laundry with stacked washer and dryer, and a door giving access out to the pool and deck area. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. The dining area flows into the living room, nicely furnished with a sleeper-sofa and matching loveseat with recliners, end table with lamp, coffee table on an area rug and a futon chair. Opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV in the dining area.
Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom with king-size bed, night stand with lamp, three-drawer chest, desk with chair and shelving with flat screen TV above. An adjacent hallway guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath is on the upper level and has a king-size bed, night stands and lamp, triple dresser with mirror and a wall-mounted corner flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from here provide access to the outer deck overlooking the pool area. The bathroom has a nicely tiled combination tub/shower and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. A mezzanine area outside the bedroom overlooks the living and dining area below.
