There are 9 units inside our beautifully designed completely renovated staff-less boutique hotel. Enter into the subway tiled entryway with local artwork hanging throughout.
The Spruce Villa is designed for independent, self-directed stays. There is no staffed front desk or daily housekeeping. You`ll receive private access instructions before your arrival, and our local team is available by message or phone whenever needed.
The Spruce Villa is under new ownership and management as of August 21, 2026. We`re excited to host you as we actively invest in upgrades throughout the property and continue improving the guest experience.
