The entire house is available for guest use, with the exception of the lofts that are for storage only. The entire 1,200 square foot deck, the community dock, hot tub, and the three acre lake access property is available for use, with just a drive down to the water.
We currently do not allow any pets inside the house, as our cleaning staff has an allergy. The property has exterior security cameras facing the driveway.

Summary: We had the best time at the little house. It was quiet and peaceful. It was just what we needed. Being able to cook on the grill and eat outside on the deck was perfect. Nights were spent by the fire pit. We did drive to smith mountain state park and hiked one of the trails. Perfect weather too. We will definitely be returning. We highly recommend this house for anyone that wants to get away from the stressors of ever day life for a few days.
