Comfortably situated on the second floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped lanai, guests are sure to revel in the natural beauty of their surroundings from almost any room within the condo. This residence is pet friendly for one small to medium sized dog only.
The Space:
This residence features floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living areas, this unit boasts an abundance of natural light and is comfortable, beautiful, and modernly equipped. Amenities include 3 smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and free wi-fi. Guests will also have access to a locked storage area on the ground floor with beach chairs and umbrellas provided.
In terms of layout, the master bedroom is enormous and well-appointed with a king bed, workstation, direct access to the lanai, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and the guest bath features a walk-in shower. For additional convenience, guests may also enjoy the pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room and oversized walk-in laundry room. Lastly, the Island Beach Club has covered parking directly below the unit.
