This spacious third-floor 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking condo features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and an extra sitting area. The guest room has bunkbeds - a full over a full. The large and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking an exotic tropical pond. The fully equipped kitchen with all new fixtures has everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal. Other amenities include ceiling fan, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs with DVD player in living room, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
