Once you step inside, you will see a living room with a full sofa bed and a full bathroom. As you walk straight, you will see a double bed in the bedroom. Passing the bedroom is a kitchen with a washer and dryer. Interested in more space? Please inquire about renting the other half of our duplex! **Please note: you will have full and private access to your unit, but the driveway, yard, and porch are shared with the other half of the duplex.**

We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
