The property features four separate buildings, all connected by elevated walkways and spacious decks that wrap around a beautifully landscaped courtyard. At the center is a heated pool enclosed within a soaring two-story screened structure—your own private resort environment.
The main residence, known as The Tower, includes a generous chef's kitchen with a wraparound island that seats nine, a large sunroom with 270 degree views, another smaller sitting room with a sleeper sofa, and a huge loft-style master suite with a private bathroom. This building is outfitted with four Samsung Smart TVs, three of which are paired with Sonos sound systems, and sleeps a total of six guests (1 King, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas).
The second structure houses three individual guest rooms—The Cathedral Room, The Dockside Room, and The Lookout—each featuring a queen bed and sharing two full bathrooms, and a charming outdoor seating area. The third building, The Jungle Room, is a unique master-style suite offering a king bed, sleeper sofa, private full bathroom, Samsung Smart TV, and Sonos speakers. With multiple private spaces and shared gathering areas, the estate is perfect for families who want to enjoy time together without sacrificing personal comfort or privacy.
Surrounding the compound is lush, meticulously maintained landscaping, including a secluded garden at the tip of the peninsula. Since 2017, more than a million dollars has been invested into renovating and enhancing Widgeon Point, resulting in a luxury estate with five Sonos zones placed throughout the property—including the suites, pool area, and secret garden with its cozy fire pit.
Water lovers will appreciate the outstanding access: the estate includes a large bayfront dock to the East and wave runner ports off the West dock, making it easy to bring or rent your own vessels. Fishing enthusiasts can cast for snook and redfish right from any of the property's three docks while watching dolphins glide through the bay.
