This bright and airy first-floor non-smoking 2 bed/2 bath unit is just steps from the pool and beach where you will find a treasure trove of shells and other wonders of nature. This unit was remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings and fixtures to provide that perfect beach experience. The new tile "wood-plank" flooring throughout and open floorplan with expanded kitchen area makes this fresh design very comfortable to live in including central air, ceiling fans, direct TV with 3 large smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a sound bar, as well as an assortment of puzzles and books.
This open sightline floor plan allows everyone to stay connected, so no one misses out on the conversation or the fun. Bright colored stools along the kitchen counter let you keep an eye on the action without being underfoot. A well-stocked kitchen has all you need to practice your culinary skills or blend the perfect cocktail.
The dining table's chandelier has a dimmer switch, which allows the mood to change from romantic dinner to game night. The u-shaped couch in the TV area gives everyone a spot for viewing their favorite series or gathering for conversations. It also pulls out to a comfortable full-sized bed for additional guest accommodations.
The screened lanai has a ceiling fan and breathable fabrics on the furniture, the color of the turquoise sea, which will keep you comfortable in even the warmest months. Table chairs, a lounge chair and a padded loveseat provide a variety of seating options. The lounge chair is uniquely designed with a taller than average height to make sitting and getting up a breeze. A glass-top table provides another dining or workspace option without compromising the openness of this fresh-air space.
The main ensuite bedroom's updated furnishings, in pecan wood and ratan details, envelope you in classic island style with direct access to the screened lanai. The soft side chair and ottoman provide the perfect spot for slipping on your shoes or kicking them off and putting up your feet to relax with a good book.
The second bedroom, with two twin beds, functions as an ensuite with louvre doors providing privacy from the main living area. The bright pairing of navy and white gives this guest suite a nautical feel. The twin beds can be made into a king upon request for a $10 fee.
Both bathrooms are newly refurbished and feature walk-in showers and grab bars. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase in the on-site office.
