Plus, the water doesn't get too warm in the summer on the public side, as can happen on the private side. There is lots of wildlife, including deer, foxes and bald eagles. You can swim, boat, tube, jetski, canoe and play in the lake. There's a marina down the street that rents pontoon boats and personal watercraft by the day. The home has 6 bedrooms and three large common areas, including a tricked out basement with pool table, 80" hi-def TV, a pinball machine and beautiful views of the lake. The main floor is open with a large, stone fireplace in the living room, a large screened-in porch, and a sun deck overlooking the lake.
