Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, washer, dryer, 65" LED flat panel smart TV in the main room, 47" LED TV in the master bedroom, 42" TV in the guest bedroom, and access to the ground floor storage with lots of beach items, chairs, umbrella, adult bikes, child bikes, beach stroller and much more. The complex offers covered parking, elevator, BBQ grills, shuffleboard, and heated pool. If you would like to bring your furry family member, we are glad to accommodate you! Please be aware that there is an additional $250 occupancy fee for pet stays. This is a convenience fee and does not cover cleaning, maintenance, damage, or other expenses incurred, required, or associated with hosting a pet.
