This is a daylight basement unit, which means it is built into a hill. The front part of the unit is underground and the back part is fully exposed with sliding glass doors and normal sized windows.
There are guests staying in the upstairs unit. You may hear guests walking upstairs, outside on their back porch, etc.
This is a dog-friendly home, but we do deep cleans whenever dogs stay (upholstery, air cleaning, etc).
The owner is parked in the driveway long-term. However, if the space is available, you may block the owner's car into the driveway (it's ok if a little of the car's butt sticks out into the street) or parallel park in front of the driveway
