Private tennis courts are located right outside the pool area and there are adjacent gas grills for cooking. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy fishing in the Wild Pines pond. A swinging bench rests on its bank for relaxation and wildlife viewing as well. Take a short shuttle ride to the Private Bonita Bay Beach Club on the Gulf, and relax in beach chairs with umbrellas provided by the club. Tour the gated Bonita Bay community with 12 miles of award - winning bike trails, nature areas, luxury condos, villas and multimillion-dollar homes. Enjoy the use of a fishing pier on Estero bay, walking nature trails, butterfly gardens, picnic areas, kayak launch, and playgrounds as well as a boardwalk to Estero Bay in Estero Bay Park. In Spring Creek Park enjoy nature trails for hiking and use of free canoes. Master bedroom has a luxury Molecule King size bed with all new bedding and pillows, ceiling fan, full bath, mounted flat screen and lanai access; the second bedroom has twin beds; new bedding with 3" memory foam toppers, ceiling fan, and a flat screen tv. Its bathroom is steps outside the doorway and can be closed for a private ensuite. The living room has a Robb & Stucky comfortable leather sectional and a reclining leather chair for relaxing.
Bonita Bay offers 24 hour security and is a certified 2400-acre Audubon sanctuary and is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Fort Myers airport and 55 minutes from Punta Gorda airport.
