Looking for a beautiful beachfront condo with gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views? This property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property located in the Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach. As you enter the condo, you are welcomed by Gulf of Mexico water view instantly. As soon as you walk in the spacious foyer to the great room area and master bedroom, there are beautiful beach views! This is what you are here for!!
The kitchen is a well equipped with all the essentials of home and breakfast bar for extra dining space. The family room has a sofa and chairs and dining area has seating for up to 4. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bedroom #3 has two twin beds. There are many upgrades through the property including tile flooring, granite counter tops, Free Wi-Fi through the association, laundry room (full size washer and dryer). The open lanai opens up from the family room and master bedroom with lots of outdoor seating. It is wall to wall sliders to enjoy the view!

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan-Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning of the month to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Bi-weekly stays available in off season. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental.
