Welcome to our house! I have a unit on the first floor. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a shared laundry. This unit is suitable for a family who need 2 bedrooms. Or it can be used separately for 2 people with each room having a private entrance. # 1 room is 18 X 11 size. #2 room is 16 X13 size. You can either book one room for 1 or 2 people or you can book for your family with 4 people. My house is in historic Catonsville, Baltimore County, Maryland! Rental includes free street parking. You can access one room directly through the front entrance at the back of the driveway. Another room entrance is in the back yard. Both rooms have queen/full size beds. A nice new kitchen with dining area. The bathroom is between two rooms. We have washer and dryer in the laundry area which is next to the bathroom. Guests can use the private yard and grill, deck area. This quiet, private space is close to the Interstates of I-695, I-70, I-95 and railway station that can take you to capitol of Washington DC via metro ($7.00 one way). It takes about 3 and half hours to New York by train. The bus stop is just around the corner which can take you around Baltimore. The shopping area is within walking distance. It only takes less than 15 minutes to UMBC and CCBC by car.
The Ocean City is about 2 to 3 hours driving distance to the east and about 1 hour drive will take you to mountain area like such as Harpers Ferry or Camp David area. Several entrances of Patapsco Valley State Park are close by. Historical Catonsville town has various traditional and modern restaurants.
