This property is being offered to rent by Beaches of South Walton Vacations - a rental management company managing vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach Florida for 17 years. After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person over the telephone closer to the arrival date.
A damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. The actual physical card is not needed.
Full payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance through the Vrbo advertising site, the phone number and Website to the travel insurance company can be provided to you later if you would like. Please keep in mind that the insurance company might not sell insurance within 30 days of an arrival date. You will need to check with them about that and for pricing. If you buy travel insurance, the insurance company can sometimes reimburse you for monies lost should you need to cancel for an emergency within 60 days of the arrival date.
A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the home. Children visiting with their parents are welcome. The maximum number of adults and children that may occupy the home is 10. Wedding receptions or other type of large gatherings at the property beyond 10 are not allowed. We also do not rent to college age groups that are vacationing together, and pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway at the home. The Homeowner's Association has allowed one extra vehicle to park in front of the home on the street if needed, so unless their regulations change, a 3rd vehicle would be possible. The fireplace is not for guest use. Beach service is extra.
The beach access across from Pelayo Avenue is the closest to the home and is about a 5-minute walk away. That beach access does not have public parking. You can only walk to that access. The beach access across from Pelayo Avenue does not have restrooms, and a beach vendor is not licensed to set up chairs and umbrellas at that access. You can usually only bring your own chairs and umbrellas to the access across from Pelayo Avenue. The beach vendor can usually set up chairs and umbrellas at the Santa Clara public beach access. The Santa Clara beach access is about a 15 minute walk, so if you went to that access, you would probably want to drive. The Santa Clara beach access has public parking and restrooms and is probably only about a 5-minute drive at the most.

The home is perfect for a family vacation with two large master suites on second floor, a bedroom on first floor, and a bedroom with a connecting lounge/TV room on third floor. 1st floor has a nice living area with TV and DVD Player. There is a dining table, breakfast table, and breakfast bar. There is a bedroom with two twin trundle beds and TV, a hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a washer/dryer in utility pantry. The back door accesses to the yard and patio that has a table and chairs, charcoal grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The living area and first floor bedroom connects to the open porch that runs the length of the home.
Second floor has a desk/work area at the top of the landing with Wifi and phone. There are two king bedrooms on second floor one king bedroom has a TV, DVD player, and private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second king bedroom has a TV, DVD player, and adjoins to the hall bath with tub/shower combo. Both king bedrooms connect to the second floor screened-in balcony that runs the length of the home.
Third floor has a lounge/TV room, microwave, undercounter refrigerator, full bath with shower, and a bedroom with a full-size bed. A distant Gulf view is from the third floor step-out balcony. The porch and balconies all have plenty of furniture for relaxing outdoors.
