331 Palermo is the perfect home for your next family vacation or getaway with some friends. This home is a split level 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The Upper level has a huge master bedroom with a King-size bed, private bathroom, and balcony, the spare bedroom upstairs has 2 twin-size beds and a full bathroom. The huge open kitchen and living room layout makes this home perfect for entertaining a group, there is plenty of space in the living room, or move it into the Florida room where you can fully enjoy the bay view through the wall of sliding glass doors. Downstairs, there is a refrigerator, sink, coffee pot, and microwave. One bedroom has a full and the other bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a shared full bathroom. There is an open living room area with a TV and view of the bay and pool. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
331 Palermo is in one of the most desired locations on the island. Situated right on the bay you will never be without a beautiful view from home to sea. This property will allow you to get a taste for one Florida's variety of ecosystems. If you pay attention, you can expect to see manatees, dolphins, alligators, iguanas, and during May - October even sea turtles!
This home is a short walk to the ocean and less than a mile from Fort Myers Beaches' famous Times Square.
