The first level is the heart of the home with a large well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, island bar with 3 bar stools and tons of counter and cabinet space. A dumbwaiter is available, servicing the ground level up to the kitchen, making off loading of groceries a breeze. Just off the kitchen is the dining room, beach side, with a lovely table and seating for 8. The living room is at the heart, equipped with a large sectional sleeper sofa, cozy chairs, and a large flat screen Smart TV. The views abound from every room off this floor. Just step outside to the extensive covered porch , and relax in one of the many teak loungers, or eat with the family alfresco at the teak table with seating for 8. Perfect to take in those warm island breezes while dining or watching the kids play in the surf. Beach side off the living room is the first master suite, appointed with soaring ceilings, huge windows with amazing gulf views and a plush king bed. The generous master bathroom has a sizable walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub and dual vanities. Just off the living room and down the hall is the laundry room, guest bedroom with queen bed and guest bathroom with tub shower combination. Up the stairs you will find another living room with cozy seating, a table and 4 chairs, perfect for playing games or working puzzles, a half bath, and a wet bar with sink, coffee maker and another full sized refrigerator. Two more master suites on either side of the living room. The first Master suite on the west side has a king bed and another sumptuous master bath, with a stand alone shower, large Jacuzzi tub with beach views and expansive counter space and dual vanities.
