This luxury villa is located in one of the best locations in SW Cape Coral. The villa is located right on a wider canal and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the amazing view and the beautiful sunshine ALL day.
The big lanai has a lovely pool area with three different seating areas and an amazing view over the canal. By the pool, you also have an outside shower and access to a half bath.
The Villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have King Size beds and are equipped with TVs and Apple TV.
There are two living room areas, one setting with a fireplace and one setting with a big screen TV and Apple TV. It is very spacious with a lot of room for everyone to enjoy both the TV and the fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
The villa also offers WiFi if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.
