Situated directly on a canal, the villa offers a breathtaking view over a wide and long waterway - arguably one of the most stunning views of all of Cape Coral. The villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious, light-filled living and dining area. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and impressed with real wood cabinetry and elegant granite countertops, leaving nothing to be desired.
The primary bedroom offers direct access to the pool area through large sliding doors, allowing uninterrupted views of the beautifully designed outdoor space and the canal.
