A beautifully updated, tropical oasis tucked into the ideal Vanderbilt Beach location! Villa Cascata is a Spanish revival style home complete with a lushly landscaped backyard oasis and heated waterfall pool. The home sits on a larger than average lot for the neighborhood allowing a spacious feel to the outdoor living areas and is perfectly located just 3/4 of a mile to beach access at popular Vanderbilt Beach. Inside, the newly remodeled home, thoughtful modern style furnishings and decor exude a laid back tropical vibe. The master has a king size bed, one guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle (a total of 3 beds and can sleep 4). The house is fully equipped for vacation fun and all the necessities including cable TV in the living room (2 bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming capabilities), high speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and Keurig coffee bar. In your backyard sanctuary, enjoy afternoons lounging in the heated pool with sun shelf, or the chaise lounges listening to the calming sounds of the rock waterfall. A covered outdoor living room has comfortable lounge furniture for enjoying the balmy gulf air while staying out of the sun. A fully enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for getting clean alfresco after days at the beach! Enjoy your evening dinner sitting under the stars in this tropical waterfall oasis. Within walking distance from the house (under a mile) you can be at the posh Ritz Carlton Naples for sunset at Gumbo Limbo (their tiki bar) or at a beachfront dinner at the Turtle Club. Mercato, the outdoor shopping and dining plaza with a Whole Foods, is a quick drive (1.3 miles). Villa Cascata is a tranquil beach escape with all the comforts and conveniences of home! NOTE ON WINTER HOLIDAY WEEKS: We will NOT be able to confirm any bookings that include check-in or check-out on December 24th-25th, 2022 or December 31st-January 1st, 2023 due to the holidays.
