Our home comes fully equipped with everything you may need including, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, linens, beach chairs, gas grill, and a screened in lanai with heated pool set at 82 degrees with 7 hour run time to filter and heat which is adequate for normal Florida weather ,unusual temperatures will affect consistent pool temperature , any higher temperature desired would be an extra charge of $100 per week . guaranteed for the perfect stay!
Close to the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Naples. Short commute to outlet mall shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores make for a convienent trip!
