Located in one of the best areas of the Gulf Coast this ground floor condo offers everything you could want for your holiday in the Sunshine State! Located just off the North bridge of Venice Island and the heart of historic downtown Venice, and only an 8 min bike ride to Venice Beach! Located in a highly sought after neighbourhood which offers multiple pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, a gorgeous gym, walking trails, yoga classes and is located right on the famous legacy trail! 20 min to Siesta Key Beach!
Bird Bay Village and Venice Island are both amazing places, there is nothing you can't find here. While Florida offers so much to see and do if you chose to stay within a 3 mile radius of the condo for your entire vacation you could never run out of amazing things to do. The neighbourhood of Bird Bay Villages is very quiet, peaceful, very clean and well taken care of. It offers much green space, beautiful trees, foliage, song birds and nature. The amenities are the same and all newer, you won't find anything junky or old here. The people who own here are very nice people, and many K9 companions are also residents of Bird Bay Village (but don't worry they are all friendly and always on leash).
Venice Island which can be accessed just outside our neighbourhood gate via the north bridge is a secret paradise - I like to say, "If Italy, Paris and Florida had a baby - you would get Venice, Florida." I can't say enough about it - we think it is the prettiest and most well taken care of community in Florida. There is nothing you can't do on Venice Island, only 5 miles long by 2 miles wide - it offers everything from delicious fine dining french restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops to the best fast food hot dog shack on the beach. Venice Ave offers beautiful shops, restaurants, pubs with live music, an amazing weekly farmers market and art shops. It is a great place to spend a day exploring.
