I do need the home during football season so I'm looking to do short term rentals during the winter and spring, This isn't part of some sprawling housing empire -- it's my first house and I care deeply about keeping the feel of a home. Located in "midtown", you are the easiest and quickest of drives away from restaurants and bars, shopping, Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Florida State University. Open concept main space featuring quartz countertops, gas range with hood and a wine cooler in the kitchen in addition to soft close cabinetry. Living room has an electric fireplace, plush sofa, stately recliner and 55" TV with full and I mean FULL menu of channels. Both bedrooms are identical in size but one functions as the sleeping quarters, the other has space for a twin bed but is utilized as an office primarily. Internet is also included and the office features a dual printer/scanner, adjustable standing desk and quirky backdrop you're free to use for your Zooms. There is also full, indoor laundry. Nice size backyard but not a darn thing going on back there. Private parking in a spacious driveway.
