This updated, four bedroom, four and a half bath home makes and idyllic backdrop for the beach getaway with loved ones you’ve been searching for. It’s the perfect size for families, multi-families, or groups of friends and from the moment you’ve stepped inside, you’ll know you’ve chosen the right home for making lasting vacation memories.
The living room is at the heart of this home and has plenty of space for you and your group to gather together in comfort. Since the entire living space is open-concept, your group can hang out in the kitchen, dining area, or living room while still enjoying one another’s company.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals together and is the perfect spot to create your next culinary masterpiece during your stay.
The dining table is large enough to seat six and is where guests enjoy long lunches or lavish dinners with an ocean view. There is also a four-seat breakfast bar to gather for conversations or casual bites and snacks.
There are four bright and airy bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, high end linens, ultra-comfortable beds, smart TVs, and direct access to the decks outside.
Though you’re sure to enjoy your time spent indoors, chances are you’ll end up spending plenty of time outside relaxing by the large pool or soaking in the ocean breeze and views from one of several decks. Cozy up to the poolside firepit to share stories and reminisce with those you hold dearest or grill up the fresh catch of the day on the propane grill.
Pool heat can be added and a 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $500.00 per stay must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Sea Scape Properties after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
