Summary: Upon arrival everyone was great. The check in was flawless and even though I waited a minute for “Joe” the third party parking agent. He didn’t have a name tag on and was right in front of me. The view was stunning from the rooftop but my two major complaints will be as followed, the rooftop bar was not in service and I was not noticed prior to my stay and I had to inquire about it, even though we arrived on Thursday I was expecting it open and enjoying the live music. The second issue that I was very disappointed in was the breakfast service. I booked the hotel based on location, amenities and free breakfast. We had none of the offered that were stated in the original sales pitch. The food was not appetizing and the service time of the food was late as far as restocking while other patrons were waiting. The food was only replenished with limited stock though there were more people waiting. Which I noticed had more customers walking away and complaining about the breakfast services saying they didn’t expect it to be like this and they will eat elsewhere. I couldn’t agree more because my family and I had to eat a late breakfast elsewhere. Not expecting to get full but at least satisfied and wanting wha was offered in the original sale. Other than those issues, it was a good experience and I would recommend but I would not recommend the breakfast service and I would ask ahead of time to see if the rooftop area is in service.
