King bed ocean front master with in-suite bathroom on 1st level. Second bedroom on 1st level with in-suite bathroom. 2nd level has an open floor plan living and dining room, full kitchen, and 3rd full bathroom. 3rd level is a large loft with kid-favorite triple twin built-in bunk beds and an a large couch that converts to 2 additional twin beds or a queen bed.
Short walk to lighthouse park with the kids' playground. Across the street from Island Espresso, arcade and ice cream shop. Close to every restaurant and store on the island. True high-speed wifi. Smart TVs to use your streaming services (no cable/dish). New furniture, appliances, utensils, linens -- everything new Sept/Oct 2025. Regular pot and Keurig coffee makers. Full kitchen and dining with seating for 8 in dining area. Open floorplan. 3-level large open decks with water views. Large propane grill. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water for rinsing off sand right at the bottom of your steps. Large beach cart, 9 foot square canopy-style cover for shade on hot days, beach chairs, boogie boards, all for your use. Awesome St. George Island homes for families with kids or adults who want a location close to every restaurant, store, and event (Chili Festival, etc.) on the island.
