Our beach home away from home is over 4,000 sq ft of space direclty on the Gulf of Mexico. With a huge great room with gulf views and full chef's inspired kitchen, you won't ever want to leave. The main level of the home has the great room with sitting area, dining room and full kitchen along with a separate den (tv room), three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first guest bedroom has a king bed while the other two have a queen bed and two twins. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with king bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom. There is an elevator from the ground level to upstairs for ultimate ease. The lower level has a bonus space with a sitting / dining area, additional washer/dryer, half bathroom and king bed. Step outside on to the several open balconies with plenty of lounge space, bbq and areas to soak up the Captiva Island sunshine. You are just steps away, down our private path, to the sandy beach. Want to take a dip in the pool? No worries as our home has access to the community pool, again, just steps away. As you are located inside the gates of the South Seas Island Resort, you won't have resort access, however, you can use Doc Ford's Restaurant and any other shops and restaurants just outside the gates of the resort. Rent a golf cart while you're at Seas the Day and get around quickly and easily. We'll look forward to welcoming you to your next Dream Vacation!
