Location, Location, Location! Light, bright and comfortable condo! Close to Pool for those hot sunny days. Full kitchen with granite counters and all the expected amenities of home: microwave, stainless self-cleaning stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, many miscellaneous kitchen gadgets, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc and even a washer and dryer. New windows and wood shutters as well as diagonal tile floors are throughout. Skylights brighten the kitchen and bath. There is a 50' big-screen TV in the living room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A small patio seating area in front is a great spot to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. The condo faces the pool. One covered parking space is provided and there is plenty of street parking close by.
This is a one-level condo in a small complex so it is easily accessible and quiet with no one above. Location cannot be beat with Old Town within easy walking distance; coffee shops, galleries, restaurants abound and Hayden green belt is one block away with access to hiking, biking, and golfing or just strolling. Highway 101 is under a mile from complex so you can easily get to the airport or other areas of Phoenix.
UTILITIES: Cable and internet as well as all utilities are included in the High and Shoulder Seasons, however for stays longer than 2 months in low season, electricity will not be included , ALL other utilities are included.
