With four bedrooms and a bonus room, located on 3 levels, including two king beds, three queen beds, and a bunk bed, designed to provide plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Three bathrooms feature both showers and bathtubs, making mornings and evenings easy for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round with mini split heating and AC that can be set to each person's preference. The house is stocked with every convenience imagined, include basic cooking and baking staples and condiments. The island is accessed via a 5-minute car ferry ride making it secluded from the hubbub found on most Florida coast barrier islands.
