Relax in the lap of luxury at this luxurious waterfront home! You will be mesmerized by the mega yachts that cruise by the stunning backyard! The house includes: 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, living room with 16’ floor to ceiling windows, wet bar with sink & wine refrigerator, den with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, gym with full equipment, outdoor lanai, and sound proof movie theater with 6 recliners. Entertainment includes 8 TV's and Sonos surround system, both indoors and out. The backyard features a L-shaped heated pool with waterfall, stone grotto, separate hot tub & 245 feet of waterfront. Backyard also includes over 100' dock space with ample lounge and eating areas in pool area. Home also features a 3 car garage and lush tropical foliage.
