This is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the second floor of a three-story building, available for short-term or seasonal rental. You'll find lush, well-kept grounds with on-site security and a calm atmosphere. The property features a pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball court, racquetball court, billiards room, and a fitness facility for your enjoyment. This Property is a minimum month-to-month rental. There will be two applications that need to be filled out and returned prior to your stay. The first is for the Condominium Association "Enclave at Naples", and the second is for the owner.
