Outdoor living doesn't get much better than this! Sunset Cove Marina Gateway's private pool (approximately 19' L x 12' W) is available year-round and heated to 86°. It is sure to bring a smile to everyone's faces. You can splash and play all day or simply relax in the shade. Two sitting areas give everyone a place to enjoy the fresh air. For your convenience, there is an accessible poolside bathroom too.
In the evening, you can grill the catch of the day and dine al fresco. When the sun starts to set, the fire tables create the perfect ambiance for great conversation about your Gulf Coast adventures.
INSIDE
Bright and cheerful, the main level's open layout is perfect for spending quality time with your favorite people. Sliding doors display the pool view and make outdoor living a breeze. In the great room, well-chosen furnishings make it easy to kick back and relax. Watch TV while the chef in your group makes home-style meals in the kitchen. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dinners or poolside snacks. The breakfast bar has seating for five in addition to the dining table with space for six. You also have a ping pong table in the garage that will keep your crew entertained.
The roomy primary suite is furnished with a king bed and smart TV. With doors opening to the pool, you can take a dip any time you please. The en suite bath has a dual sink vanity as well as a tub and shower.
There are three bedrooms with queen beds, two of which are also outfitted with TVs. The fifth bedroom has two twins.
