Stay in this charming duplex - just down the block from the beautiful Tangerine Avenue, the perfect location for an afternoon stroll. Walk, ride a bike, or take a quick drive to downtown Gulfport where you'll find weekly markets, top notch restaurants & shopping, lively bars & nightlife, and a beautiful beach perfect for sunbathing, volleyball, frisbees, and the most gorgeous sunsets you'll find.
This duplex is 800 square feet, and boasts a front porch, a fenced in back yard, a deck, and more.
The space
Amie purchased this property in 2020, and visits several time a year to visit with her son Charlie who lives in the unit next door. This Gulfport property is managed in part by a local 'Gulportian,' Kara - who will be your point of contact and will meet with you upon request for an optional tour of your new home away from home, and answer any questions about things to do in the area.

Neighborhood overview
Gulfport is a hidden gem with a small town charm, but only a 15 minute drive to the vibrant city of Downtown St. Pete or St. Pete Beach, a 30 minute drive to PIE St. Pete/Clearwater airport and the TPA Tampa International airport, and a 45 minute drive to and from Downtown Tampa, or Sarasota.

Getting around
Gulfport is very walkable, bicycle friendly, and golf cart or scooter accessible. Ask Kara about kayaking, paddle boarding, or Jet-skiing while you're here.
Other things to note
Up to two dogs are more than welcome in our listing with an additional pet cleaning fee. We charge $30 per dog for 1, 2, and 3 night stays. For stays 4 nights or longer, we charge $60 per dog. Please mention your pups in your booking request so a special offer can be sent with the fee added.
