We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the building of Pelican Watch and the experience will be different than if you stayed at Pelican Watch prior to Hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to repair the elevator and pool but it will take time, please reach out to us and we can provide the most up to date status of the repair.
Lovely top floor unit overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and your own private balcony. Enjoy the shared pool and being just steps from the beach. Close to the North end of the island and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and library.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan-Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning of the month to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Bi-weekly stays available in off season. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental.
Wi-Fi is through the association. This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office at 2001 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Must be 25 years or older to book.
