This bedroom, with a king-size bed, and 32-inch Smart-TV connects to a luxurious tile master bath and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ample closet space with TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with Cable TV.

Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy play on six lighted courts. The Tennis Center offers drills, private lessons, ball machine workouts, group classes, clinics and workshops. In the newly renovated River Club, you can enjoy the latest in fitness equipment at the Fitness Center as well as arrange for a personal trainer to get you in shape. Adjacent to the River Club are bocce ball and paddle ball courts. A boat ramp and launch area is also adjacent to the River Club for heading out to fish and when you return a modern fish cleaning station is available. If you are looking for a more relaxing day, the Pelican Sound s Shuttle Boat will transport you down the Estero River to Lovers Key for a relaxing day enjoying the beach, park facilities and the Gulf of Mexico. Also available for use are kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and canoes. Casual and fine dining are available at the Golf Club which also includes locker rooms and a pro shop. Dining at the River Club which overlooks the Estero River is more casual for enjoying a televised sporting event with friends.
Golf
The club has 27 holes designed by Chip Powell and Mike Hill. The course has hosted senior PGA qualifying tournaments and has four sets of tees to allow for challenging yet fair play for all skill levels (bring extra balls). Championship tees play to a course rating of 73 with a slope of 142. Upon rental, a $350.00 fee transfers all membership privileges and allows you to enjoy a round of golf for the low cost of a cart fee. The new Chelsea automated system for reserving tee times insures fair play for everyone. In addition, there are dozens of reciprocal golf clubs in the area to enjoy.
Tennis :
The Tennis Club has SIX HAR-TRU lighted courts, with tennis pro-onsite for lessons, challenges, etc.
Free Beach Boat Shuttle:
Enjoy the shuttle to the beach landing area on Lover’s Key Beach & State Park. Shuttles operate all day back from the River Club to the Gulf (Beach chairs, umbrellas& coolers are available in our home for your use. Enjoy some of the world’s finest white sand beaches.

Enjoy the magnificent sunsets and white sand beaches of Southwest Florida. Barefoot Beach, located in the Bonita Springs area is just 10 minutes/ 7miles South of our home. Continue further south and enjoy the miles of beaches that Naples has to offer.
River Club:
Recently renovated 5000 square foot River Club facility features a new bar lounge area, large screen TVs plus a large screen TV entertainment room. Casual dining inside or outside on a screened in deck with heated pool and fitness center.
