This cozy haven is 6 blocks from beautiful Sterns Beach, Ludington Marina Park, and the famous Breakwater Lighthouse Pier, 20 miles from the breathtaking dunes in Silver Sands, 11 miles to Pentwater Main Street, and 1 hr from Grand Rapids.
LIVING ROOM: Enjoy the inviting open living room with 2 comfy couches, relaxing reading nook with additional seating, 55" SMART TVwith ample streaming options with hook ups for gaming consoles, bright and airy color scheme and original hardwood floors.
BEDROOMS: The large master bedroom featuring an open cedar wall closet with a sliding farmhouse door is spacious and inviting. The Surfboard room has 2 comfy twin size beds (trundle), jersey t-shirt sheets, plenty of storage and closets for all to utilize during your stay. The Nautical (3rd) bedroom is cozy, provides a trundle with 2 comfy twin beds and jersey t-shirt sheets. An portable a/c unit in the master bedroom provides additional cooling in addition to the ceiling fans that keep the air moving and keeps everyone cool and comfortable throughout the home.
KITCHEN: Gas Stove, New Air Fryer, Toaster, Coffee Maker and New Blender, full size dishwasher & fridge, new microwave, set of porcelain and of plastic dishes, a variety of kitchen utensils, pots & pans, serving bowls & dishes.
DINING: There is a spacious eat-in kitchen nook and adjacent dining room with a smart TV that allows for different viewing than the living room, gaming connection, and games in cabinet for fun and laughter for all. Microwave, airfryer, toaster, coffee machine, dinner and flatware for up to 10, pots pans and serving as well. A crocodile table in the living room. Plentiful space for all your goodies and a "spirited beverages” cabinet located in the dining room by the TV but at adult height. The bathroom has a newly renovated spacious shower with excellent water pressure and large cotton comfort bath towels for your use. 4 large beach towels for your convenience.
W/D: Large washer and dryer with washing liquid and fabric softener for your use during your stay.
YARD/OUTDOOR DINING: Enjoy a large fenced in back yard with a beautiful lawn, yard games and large trees to keep your kids and dogs safe and happy. A covered pergola over a dining set on the patio and a charcoal grill.
PARKING: Parking area behind the home or on street

PETS: Animals are allowed upon approval. There is a nonrefundable pet deposit ($75) for each pet (up to 2) and a $99 cleaning fee for the hair/fur. You must vacuum up after your pets before you leave. Additional fees may apply (nte $500) to clean up any excessive pet hair when cleaning team reviews the home upon departure. All poop must be picked up and disposed of. Animals are not allowed on the furniture, and all pet hair must be vacuumed off the furniture, rugs and floors before departure.
