Stunning and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2-story single family home with a large pool, located in the heart of Hallandale Beach. Modern decor featured throughout the fully renovated interior of this 1364 sq. ft. home provides maximum comfort to all guests, while the smart security system ensures your peace of mind. Whether you are relaxing by the pool or visiting a nearby beach, there’s so much to experience at the Palm Estate!
This beautiful home is fully equipped with fast Wi-Fi for business and personal use, smart televisions, three living spaces for additional space, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and an in-ground pool to help enjoy your time away from home. Two furnished areas of outdoor living make up the front porch and rear pool deck with a separate porch. Those features expand the living areas while allowing guests to enjoy the Florida weather!
During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. You will be sent a door code prior to your arrival along with check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message!
DETAILS BY ROOM:
The Living Room - Furnished with a leather sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" smart TV, this is the perfect place to lounge.
The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!
The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is next to both rooms.
Outdoor - A furnished porch in the front, a large pool surrounded with plenty of seating in the patio area, good lighting, a charcoal grill, outdoor bathroom, and warm weather transform this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind.
Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay.

- We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking.

HOUSE RULES:
- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking.
- Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner.
- We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving.
- A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.
- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out.
- Minimum age for booking is 25.
