Immaculate 2 bedroom 2 bath home perfectly situated in one of Fort Myers most desirable neighborhoods. Enjoy the lake view while drinking your morning coffee on the gorgeous lanai. Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen and so much more. There is a pool just a couple blocks away, awesome state of the art gym, pickle ball and tennis courts that make this a wonderful place to stay.
2022 will be our 1st year of renting our home. We will be very reasonably priced for the upcoming 3024 prime time season. Like most we will be prioritizing 90+ day rentals, I’m certain demand for what we are offering will be high.
