Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This a last-minute booking, where we needed to find a place to accommodate 7 people, as we were traveling to Ocean Pines for a memorial service and celebration for the Weavers family's father. We liked the fact that it had 4 bedrooms, to accommodate the 3 couples and 1 teenager. The place was very clean, but the tiki bar in the living room seemed a little out of place. Having the screened in porch overlooking the canal was a good place to relax and decompress. The kitchen was well stocked, so that was a plus.

Negative: The thing that we did not like, was the restriction on the parking, where for a place that can accommodate up to 10 people, we would expect that the driveway would accommodate at least 4 cars. If this is a true restriction, then I recommend that the Parking section for your rental state that. We were told that the only option was to park the additional vehicles at the Walgreen's on 589, which was not convenient, as one of the couples wasn't arriving until 11PM Friday evening, where I made the decision to have them park in the driveway, as they could fit. For the majority of the stay we were not at the house as we were either at the church or at their mother's house. With the place not having an ice maker, I would recommend adding more ice trays. With the place being able to accommodate 10 people, it would have been nice to have a third bathroom, with the memorial service on Saturday morning, we needed to coordinate the use of the 2 bathrooms. For the bathroom, near the three bedrooms, I would recommend a mirror versus the cabinet with the mirror, as it was too high, for individuals that were under 5'4".
