The space
FLORIDA ROOM (listed as 2nd Living Room): Guests say it’s the best place to have coffee and admire the pool nd lanai. This room is under air and has a large double glass slider so you can close it off from the dining/living area or keep it open and flowing from the rest of the home. The sofa folds out to a queen size sleeper.
HEATED POOL & PATIO: This space provides a private feel from neighbors with privacy fencing around the perimeter. The 11,0000 gallon pool can be heated . The patio is screened but you’ll love having the open pool because you can enjoy full sun, the gulf breeze, and an unobstructed view of the yard. There is a Blackstone gas grill; we ask guests to clean & season if used to avoid the extra $75 fee.
LIVING AND DINING ROOM: You enter the living room from the front door. There is a 65” flatscreen tv, Alexa Echo Dot, and plenty of seating at the wrap around couch. Looking ahead, the space flows into the dining room. This creates an open concept where everyone can gather comfortably. There is a large dining table that seats 8 and bar that seats 2.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is adjacent to the dining & living rooms. It is fully equipped with new modern appliances such as a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and cooking essentials such as a crockpot, toaster, large soup pots and pans, and a variety of utensils, dishes, etc. A BONUS refrigerator is located in the garage!
BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 is the master located on the opposite side of the home/living room. The master features a king bed and a dedicated bathroom with a shower. Newly remodeled. Bedrooms 2&3 are on the other end of the home separated by a full bath w/ tub. Bedroom 2 faces the back yard/pool and has a queen bed, 2 night stands, ceiling fan, and closet. Bedroom 3 has the largest floor-plan and closet, faces the front, and has a queen bed, twin bunkbeds, a nightstand and a ceiling fan.
All beds have hypoallergenic bamboo mattress encasements and pillow encasements for sanitary peace of mind. They also have alarm clocks, end tables, and lamps
BATHROOMS: As mentioned, there is a main with a shower tub and also a master with a shower. We provide 2 hair dryers, basic shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, and washcloths.
LAUNDRY ROOM: A washer and dryer with detergent an ironing board, iron, and misc laundry products are provided. This room is located through the kitchen and has access to both the garage, office, and pool patio. Newly remodeled!
OFFICE: A large home office is located past the laundry room and is separated by a wall/open doorway. It has a large desk, chair, monitor, and printer. Wall cabinet storage may be locked to guests.
GARAGE: The 2 stall garage has one side available for guests and one side that stores the essentials for you to have fun in the sun such as bikes and beach gear. There is a full size bonus refrigerator for your use. Vehicles may park in the driveway which allows for 2 lanes/4 cars. There is additional parking in the area, however, large gatherings are prohibited so you should have adequate parking for registered guests. Vehicles only please: No RV’s, campers, boats, etc.
WIFI: Free high speed internet. Basic tv channels are available. You can stream to the smart tv from your device or log into apps like Netflix or Hulu using your account as a cable tv package is not provided. There is an Echo Dot/Alexa.
SHED: The outdoor shed is locked. Any pool floats you purchase or other guests have left will be the garage or brown pool box on the patio. There is an electric blower that can inflate rafts quickly. Please leave any pools or beach supplies in the garage upon departure.
CAMERAS: There is a Ring doorbell camera that is always in operation. There are outdoor Ring motion light cams; one facing the driveway/parking areas and one on the opposite corner facing the yard.
SUPPLIES/OTHER ITEMS: Towels, beach chairs, and a cooler should be available for your use as long as guests care for and return them. They may not be guaranteed when you arrive, however, please let me know if there is something missing, in need of replacement, or if you have a suggestion for an item you feel would be a useful addition. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, bath towels, and a limited number of paper towel, toilet paper, and trash bags.
Guest access
Guests have access to all rooms in the home. There are no shared rooms. Please note some areas may be locked for safety or storage such as:
-Shed: locked
-Garage: has 1 side available to guests and one side used for bikes, and pool/beach gear.
-Office wall cabinets-locked
