It's an easy 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk to gorgeous sunsets and great dining options like Crabby Bills and PJ's Oyster Bar. Or stay home and enjoy the heated salt water pool right in your own backyard. Plenty of space and seating for swimming or grilling and just hanging out. You're a 10 minute walk to McGough Nature Park where there are hawks and owls and a bald eagle named Sarg.

This split floor plan 3 bedroom home has a king master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet on one side and two guest bedrooms with a full bath on the other side of the home. The first guest room has a king bed with full closet and dresser. The second guest room has a queen bed with full closet and dresser. All beds have comfy pillow top mattresses. The fourth bed is a raised queen blow up bed.
