Positive: Location was great! Since the complex is right next to I-95, and just across from a train line, I was worried that it might be noisy. I was amazed that, because of the building design, interior apartments like this one only look out at the interior pool, with five stories of building surrounding it on all sides, so there was no traffic noise at all.

Negative: Could have had a bit more in amenities, such as a coffee maker. Yes, the free coffee maker in the building lounge makes excellent coffee, but with a few more tenants starting to lease, it will get crowded. Also I had to call about door code instructions because the email to a different email of mine from the one I used to make the reservation, and the sender was a name that had not been mentioned in any other communications. Once I knew what to look for, everything was easy.

Summary: Great appartment in a super location.
