The highlights of this property include privacy in a wooded setting, a porch bed swing, a hot tub, a community pool, a dedicated boat slip (launch your boat at the Hwy 34 ramp on Ramp Road), an outdoor fire pit, and it's right next to the New Water Farms venue!
This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, a dining area, a relaxing den and separate living area, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room with 2 twin over queen bunk beds. There is also a charcoal grill for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Lake Martin Vibe Realty is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
